Getting a bed-lift

I have been thinking about changing my bed about so that it is pointing either north or south will experiment with both directions. At the moment it is pointing north east and sometimes I sleep on the opposite side facing south west.

I do recall once when I was sleeping so that my head was pointing north I had many third eye related visions and imagery.Another thing that I need to get changing is the gradient of the bed - need to position it so that blood flows downhill to the brain.

Had an interesting dream this morning which was related to my bed, a therapist was at my bedside giving me tips on adjusting my bed so that I'm sleeping more comfortably.

Hopefully the end result of all these changes will be more rested sleep, a charged brain and lots of astral projecting.

I just began reading your blog today and I have to say it is really interesting.

I would be really glad if I could have some of your current insights about the 3rd eye meditation you talk about.

I am having those sensations in the middle of my forehead since I did that one time "Om" mantra meditation and it keeps coming back even when I'm not meditating now ...

I'm not sure what to do or think about it :\

Hello,

Your third eye chakra is opening up, usually it starts with a pressure that builds up. It can come and go. The 3rd eye meditation is a good starting point especially if you are drawn to astral travel and lucid dreaming.

Do not dwell on the sensations for too long, simply take them as a sign that inner work is being done. Honestly the only thing you can do is change your lifestyle so that you can accommodate those higher energies within the physical body.

These energies will activate all the energy centres within the subtle body and you can feel it through physical sensations.

I feel that these sensations are a sign that the physical body is going through a clearing process.

see this is this part that concerns me :| what happens if I focus too much on that sensation (what Im currently doing everytime it appears) ? what change in lifestyle are u talking about ?

I'm not sure what will happen if you focus too much on the sensation, this is something you will have to find out. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, the sensations that appear are not threatening.

When the sensations started to take over my body I simply lived in the mystery of it, expecting the unexpected. I can assure you though whole process is intriguing even magical.

Lifestyle changes involve every aspect of your life so that you are in peace and in harmony with yourself. This means a whole lot of changing externally and internally. I would focus on changing the diet to something healthy if you are already not on a healthy diet, keep some quiet time for yourself, let go of negative relationships, meditate and seek inner peace. You might wonder how all this even relates to your third eye sensations but trust me it does.

One of the other thing I would recommend is letting go of your fears – one by one examine them and try to understand them.

that's funny because I already started to do every changes you are talking about 1 year ago without really "trying to", it just changed naturally as I felt I was in a "turning period" of my life.
